I was always some kind of technology freak, and I had a website way before anyone in my office. This was quite a few years ago, and my website was hosted by a large and very high-ranking provider.
I can't say I knew what I was doing, but I thought this was the way the real estate marketing was going. I even had some success - when I did have listing posted, I received an occasional e-mail, and by responding immediately I managed to get a couple of deals out of this. That was a couple of deals over some 4 years or so. I switched to another website provider - this one was smaller, but promised some very interesting features, which did not quite materialise.
In December 2003, I signed up for a Moneymaker™ website. Now my website has a Page Rank of 5, with the majority of internal pages PageRank of 4. I receive over 100 visitors daily (over 67,000 visitors since inception), and the number of 'clicks' since inception will be soon 100,000. The business that I had from the website paid many, many times over all my costs. This indeed is the way of the future!
There is absolutely no comparison what one can achieve using the Moneymaker™ website vs. other available websites. And there are constant upgrades and new features, that keep making it ever better. I always recommend this website to my friends (I keep quiet about it when talking to competitors though, I want the edge for myself)... |
